- Over 10 flavors available — $25 per ½ gallon (yields approximately 40 drinks).
- Security – $75 per hour, per officer
- Must be purchased through Bartley Hill if alcohol is present at the event.
- Event Bussing – $250

- Includes breakdown and put‑up of all chairs and tables.
- Event insurance is required for every event.
- $250 if purchased through our agent, or you may provide your own outside insurance.
- Day‑Of Coordinating – $750
- Includes vendor coordination, answering guest and vendor questions, ceremony coordination, and two pre‑wedding planning sessions with the bride.
- Wedding Month Coordination – $2,000
- Perfect for couples who want comprehensive support leading up to their big day.
- Includes:
- Direct 24/7 access to your personal coordinator throughout your wedding month.
- Three in‑person planning meetings to ensure every detail aligns with your vision.
- Vendor Management: Confirm contracts, timelines, deliveries, and payments.
- Timeline Execution: Create and distribute a detailed schedule for the wedding party and vendors.
- Rehearsal Guidance: Lead the ceremony rehearsal and prepare the wedding party.
- Setup & Décor: Oversee venue setup using Bartley Hill’s décor items and any additional décor provided by the couple.
- Ceremony Direction: Coordinate the processional, cue music, and manage transitions.
- Reception Oversight: Ensure smooth flow of events, speeches, and special moments.
- Crisis Management: Handle hiccups discreetly with a well‑stocked emergency kit.
- Wrap‑Up: Manage vendor load‑out, collect décor and gifts, and confirm post‑event returns.
