DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO RESERVE A DATE?
Yes, $1,000 retainer is required to reserve a date; retainer goes toward the rental fee
DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Yes , $1,000 security deposit is due upon payment of the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded 7-14 business days after the event if there is no damage to the property.
IS THERE A PREP KITCHEN?
Yes!
WILL BARTLEY HILL ASSIST WITH ROOM FLIPS?
Yes, Bartley Hill does assists with setting out chairs, tables, room flips and floor plan design/layout. You will have a meeting 30 days out to prepare.
CAN GUESTS STAY PAST 11:00 PM?
No, If the time allotted is not followed, you will forfeit the security deposit.

CAN WE USE SPARKLERS?
Yes! As long as the sparklers are handled at least 25 ft. away from Bartley Hill and put out in the correct manner, either with your coordinator or someone assisting the event.

DIGITAL INVOICES ARE SENT DIRECTLY TO YOUR EMAIL.
HOW LONG IS THE VENUE RENTAL?
8:00 A.M.-11:00P.M. for guests and bridal party. An up-charge will apply if guests are not out by 11:00 P.M.

can i serve alcohol
Alcohol is permitted only if it is a licensed bar tender. You must also have security if there is alcohol present.
